(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 25-80. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of a license under this Act, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
