(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 22.10. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that:

(a)the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;
(b)the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
