(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 15-80. Statement of place of practice. Each applicant for a funeral director and embalmer's license shall with his or her application submit a statement of the place of practice, ownership, names and license numbers of all funeral directors and embalmers and funeral directors associated with the applicant.
