(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 15-76. Vehicle traffic control. A funeral director licensee or funeral director and embalmer licensee planning an interment, inurnment, or entombment at a cemetery shall use his or her reasonable best efforts to ensure that funeral processions entering and exiting the cemetery grounds do not obstruct traffic on any street for a period in excess of 10 minutes, except where such funeral procession is continuously moving or cannot be moved by reason of circumstances over which the licensee has no reasonable control. The licensee arranging funeral processions to the cemetery shall use his or her reasonable best efforts to prevent multiple funeral processions from arriving at the cemetery simultaneously.
