(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 15-5. Funeral Directors and Embalmers Licensing and Disciplinary Board. A Funeral Directors and Embalmers Licensing and Disciplinary Board is created and shall consist of 7 persons, 6 of whom are licensed to practice funeral directing and embalming in this State, and one who is a knowledgeable public member. Each member shall be appointed by the Secretary. The persons so appointed shall hold their offices for 4 years and until qualified successors are appointed. All vacancies occurring shall be filled by the Secretary for the unexpired portion of the term rendered vacant. No member shall be eligible to serve for more than 2 full consecutive terms. The Secretary may remove or suspend any member of the Board for cause at any time bef
