(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 10-39. Cemetery manager and customer service employee; display of certification and license; grace periods. The cemetery manager and customer service employee must conspicuously display the certification and the license after it is received at the cemetery authority's place of business. Any person applying for original licensure as a cemetery manager without the required certification from a program approved by the Department shall have a reasonable period of time, not to exceed one year from the date of his or her original application, but not any second or subsequent application, to complete the program.
