Text
The Oil and Gas Resource Management Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. All moneys required by this Act to be deposited into the Fund shall be used by the Department to administer and enforce this Act and otherwise support the operations and programs of the Office of Oil and Gas Resource Management. Investment income that is attributable to the investment of moneys in the Fund shall be retained in the Fund for the uses specified in this Section.
