§ 99-99 — Effective date
Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 220 UTILITIES·Act 220 ILCS 81/ Broadband Infrastructure Advancement Act.
This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except that Article 15 takes effect on July 1, 2022, and Article 35 takes effect upon becoming law or on the date Senate Bill 3023 of the 102nd General Assembly takes effect, whichever is later.
