(This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date ) Sec. 23-105. Findings. The General Assembly finds that the timely siting and development of commercial wind energy facilities, commercial solar energy facilities and energy storage system facilities is critical to the State's energy security and that it is the policy of the State that:
(1)the General Assembly has adopted state-wide county siting regulations to establish uniform standards for commercial wind energy facilities, commercial solar energy facilities, and energy storage system facilities throughout this State;
(2)a consistent dispute resolution process, with respect to the siting and development of commercial wind energy facilities, commercial solar energy facilities and energy storage system facil
