(This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date ) Sec. 20-145. Interconnection Monitor.

(a)The Office of Retail Market Development may employ, designate, or otherwise retain the services of an Ombudsperson who, in addition to the roles described in this Act, is responsible for overseeing electric utility compliance with the standards established by this Section and other regulatory or statutory obligations regarding interconnections.
(b)The Ombudsperson may from time to time request, and each electric utility shall timely provide records and information to carry out his or her duties under this Section.
(c)The Office shall monitor interconnection between electric utilities and applicants for interconnection and interconnection customers. The Office may req
