§ 16-130 — Annual reports

(a)The General Assembly finds that it is necessary to have reliable and accurate information regarding the transition to a competitive electric industry. In addition to the annual report requirements pursuant to Section 5-109 of this Act, each electric utility shall file with the Commission a report on the following topics in accordance with the schedule set forth in subsection (b) of this Section:
(1)Data on each customer class of the electric utility in which delivery services have been elected, including:
(A)number of retail customers in each class that have elected delivery service;
(B)kilowatt hours consumed by the customers described in subparagraph (A);
(C)revenue loss experienced by the utility as a result of customers electing delivery services or market-based prices as compa
