(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-458 ) Sec. 16-107.6. Distributed generation rebate.

(a)In this Section: "Additive services" means the services that distributed energy resources provide to the energy system and society that are not (1) already included in the base rebates for system-wide grid services; or (2) otherwise already compensated. Additive services may reflect, but shall not be limited to, any geographic, time-based, performance-based, and other benefits of distributed energy resources, as well as the present and future technological capabilities of distributed energy resources and present and future grid needs.
