Text
As concerns the comprehensive unified local transportation system and other local transportation facilities mentioned in the foregoing Section 14-105 and the corporations, owning and/or operating or authorized to own and/or operate the same, the transit commission shall supersede the Illinois Commerce Commission created by this Act and the Illinois Commerce Commission shall have no jurisdiction over such system, facilities or corporations, except as otherwise provided in this Article.
