(This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date ) Sec. 1-20. Stakeholder process for municipal power agencies and municipalities. Prior to the issuance of a final integrated resource plan, a municipal power agency or municipality required to prepare and issue an integrated resource plan shall hold one or more stakeholder meetings open to the municipal power agency's or municipality's ratepayers and members of the public before it issues a preliminary integrated resource plan and one or more such stakeholder meetings after the preliminary integrated resource plan is issued.
