(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 511.108. Felony convictions. Any administrator and any individual listed on the application as required by Section 511.103, who is convicted of a felony shall report such conviction to the Director within 30 days of the entry date of the judgment. Within that 30-day period, the administrator shall also provide the Director with a copy of the judgment, the probation or commitment order and any other relevant documents.
