Text
Subject to the provisions of section 292.1 applicable to fraternal benefit societies, notice of any amendment or change in a company's by-laws setting forth such amendment or change, certified by its president, secretary, or officer corresponding thereto, shall be delivered to the Director within thirty days after such amendment or change.
