(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 14. Incorporators. Any one or more natural persons, at least one of whom is a resident of this State, who desire to form a company under this Article shall sign and acknowledge before an officer authorized to take acknowledgments, articles of incorporation in duplicate.
