(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 123C-14. Rating organizations; memberships; rate or policy filing. No captive insurance company shall be required to join a rating organization. No captive insurance company shall be required to file its premium rates or policy forms with, or to seek approval of such rates or forms from, the Director or any other authority of this State.
