§ 9-102
Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION·Act 210 ILCS 25/ Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act.·Art. Article IX - Offenses And Penalties
The performance of any of the acts specified in Section 9-101 shall constitute a business offense subject to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 and each day's violation shall constitute separate offenses.
