Text
No person other than a licensed physician or one authorized by law shall manipulate a person for the collection of specimens except that technical personnel of a clinical laboratory may collect blood, or remove stomach contents, or collect material for smears and cultures, under the direction or upon the written request of a licensed physician or dentist.
