Text

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in conjunction with the Division of Mental Health of the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Health, shall establish a methodology by which financial and clinical data are reported and monitored from each program that is implemented in a facility after the effective date of this Act. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall work in concert with a managed care entity, a care coordination entity, or an accountable care entity to gather the data necessary to report and monitor the progress of the services offered under this Act.
