Text
Community Living Facilities currently licensed or having made application. Community Living Facilities currently operating with licenses issued under the "Nursing Home Care Act", approved August 23, 1979, as amended, or having made application to the Department for licenses as of March 31, 1982, under the "Nursing Home Care Act" or under this Act shall be issued probationary licenses when this Act becomes effective and shall be eligible for licensure as a Community Living Facility as defined under Section 3 of this Act, except that such facilities shall not be limited to 20 residents as provided under Section 3. Such facilities shall be limited to those number of beds above 20, not to exceed 80, licensed or applied for within the year immediately preceding March 31, 1982. In addition, any
