Text

An establishment licensed under this Act shall obtain and maintain all other licenses, permits, certificates, and other governmental approvals required of it, except that a licensed assisted living or shared housing establishment is exempt from the provisions of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. An establishment licensed under this Act shall comply with the requirements of all local, State, federal, and other applicable laws, rules, and ordinances and the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code.
