Text
A savings bank may amend its articles of incorporation or bylaws in accordance with the procedure set forth in this Article, but those articles and bylaws shall conform to all legal requirements pertaining to savings banks. No amended article or bylaw shall affect any existing cause of action or pending action to which the savings bank may be a party or existing rights of persons other than the members or stockholders of the savings bank. Any number of amendments may be submitted and voted upon at any one meeting of the members, stockholders, or board of directors.
