Text
A foreign corporation that establishes or acquires and maintains a place of business to conduct business as a fiduciary in Illinois pursuant to Section 4A-5 may establish or acquire additional trust offices or representative offices in this State to the same extent that a corporate fiduciary may establish or acquire additional offices in Illinois under Section 1-7 of this Act.
