§ 20-40 — Investigation of complaints

The Secretary shall be authorized at all times to maintain staff and facilities adequate to receive, record, and investigate complaints and inquiries made by any person concerning this Act and any covered persons, affiliates, and service providers under this Act. Each such person shall open their books, records, documents, and offices wherever situated to the Secretary or his or her appointees as needed to facilitate such investigations.
