§ 805-550 — Reinstatement fee

(a)The Department may assess a fee of up to $1,000 for the reinstatement of revoked or suspended licenses, permits, registrations, and other privileges that it administers in the exercise of its powers and duties under Illinois law.
(b)Revenues generated from the reinstatement of State park privileges shall be deposited into the State Parks Fund. Revenues generated from the reinstatement of hunting, fishing, trapping, ginseng, falconry, wildlife rehabilitation, and outfitter licenses or privileges shall be deposited into the Wildlife and Fish Fund. Revenues generated from the reinstatement of boating and snowmobile privileges shall be deposited into the State Boating Act Fund.
