(was 20 ILCS 805/63a13-1) Sec. 805-200. Property given in trust. The Department has the power to accept, hold, maintain, and administer, as trustee, property given in trust for educational, recreational, or historic purposes for the benefit of the People of the State of Illinois and to dispose of that property pursuant to the terms of the instrument creating the trust.
