(was 20 ILCS 805/63a28) Sec. 805-515. Enforcement of laws and regulations. The Department has the power to enforce the laws of the State and the rules and regulations of the Department in or on any lands owned, leased, or managed by the Department and any lands that are dedicated as a nature preserve or buffer area under the Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act.
