(was 20 ILCS 805/63a27) Sec. 805-275. Sale of gravel and other materials. The Department has the power to sell gravel, sand, earth, or other material from any State of Illinois owned lands or waters under the jurisdiction of the Department at a fair market price. The proceeds from the sales shall be deposited into the Wildlife and Fish Fund in the State treasury.
