(was 20 ILCS 805/63a33) Sec. 805-210. Purchasing land for State parks. The Department has the power to purchase land for State park purposes by contract for deed under the terms and restrictions of Section 2 of the State Parks Act. The purchase restrictions under that Act shall include and take into consideration any purchases by contract for deed under Sections 805-205, 805-215, 805-225, 805-230, and 805-255.
