Text
All official acts of the Authority shall require the approval of at least 8 members. All meetings of the Authority and the Advisory Councils shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the Authority shall constitute a quorum. Except as otherwise authorized in the Open Meetings Act, all meetings shall be conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum of members physically present at this location. Other members who are not physically present at this location may participate in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of a video or audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct financial audits and program audits of the Authority, in accordance with the Illinois State Auditing Act.
