§ 67a — Article 67a

Review by State Appellate Authority. Decisions of a court-martial are from a court with jurisdiction to issue misdemeanor and felony convictions. All appeals from final decisions of a court-martial shall be to the Illinois Appellate Court in the same manner as are final decisions of a circuit court in accordance with the Appellate Court Act. All such appeals shall be to the Illinois Appellate Court for the Fourth District. No appeal from a judgment entered upon a plea of guilty shall be taken except in accordance with applicable law and Supreme Court Rules.
