The Secretary, upon making a determination based upon information in the possession of the Department, that continuation in practice of a licensed health care professional would constitute an immediate danger to the public, shall submit a written communication to the Director of Professional Regulation indicating such determination and additionally providing a complete summary of the information upon which such determination is based, and recommending that the Director of Professional Regulation immediately suspend such person's license. All relevant evidence, or copies thereof, in the Department's possession may also be submitted in conjunction with the written communication.
