§ 45-40 — Review of administrative decisions

The Department shall preserve a record of all proceedings at any formal hearing conducted by the Department involving refusal or sanction of a license. Final administrative decisions of the Department are subject to judicial review pursuant to provisions of the Administrative Review Law.
