(was 20 ILCS 405/67.20) Sec. 405-30. Administrative Procedure Act applies. The provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act are hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as though a part of this Law, and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the Department.
