The Department, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, the Department of Employment Security, and other agencies of State government shall develop and implement programs to increase the number of qualified employees with disabilities working in the State. The programs shall include provisions to increase the number of people with a disability hired for positions with specific job titles for which they have been assessed and met the qualifications. The Department shall conduct an annual presentation regarding the programs created under this Section, and each State agency shall designate one or more persons with hiring responsibilities to attend the presentation.
