Text
On or before January 1, 2009, the Department shall evaluate the reports submitted by each executive branch State agency and determine whether the costs of implementing the provisions of this Act exceed the energy savings achieved. If the Department finds that implementation costs exceed energy savings, the Department shall request approval from the General Assembly to terminate implementation of the provisions under this Act.
