§ 2310-470 — High Risk Infant Follow-up

The Department, in collaboration with the Department of Human Services, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, and other key providers of maternal child health services, shall revise or add to the rules of the Maternal and Child Health Services Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 630) that govern the High Risk Infant Follow-up, using current scientific and national and State outcomes data, to revise or expand existing services to improve both maternal and infant outcomes overall and to reduce racial disparities in outcomes and services provided. The rules shall be revised or adopted on or before June 1, 2024.
