(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.24) Sec. 2310-155. Transfer of realty to other State agency; acquisition of federal lands. To transfer jurisdiction of any realty under the control of the Department to any other department of State government, or to the State Employees Housing Commission, or to acquire or accept federal lands, when the transfer, acquisition, or acceptance is advantageous to the State and is approved in writing by the Governor.
