(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.29) Sec. 2310-45. State Treasurer as custodian of funds. Funds received by the Department pursuant to Section 2310-35 or 2310-40 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and held and disbursed by the Treasurer in accordance with the Treasurer as Custodian of Funds Act.
