(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.52) Sec. 2310-380. Prenatal transmission of HIV infection. The Department shall develop and implement a public education program to reduce the prenatal transmission of HIV infection. The program shall be targeted toward population groups whose behavior places them at the risk of HIV infection. The program shall target women specifically, and any materials included in the program shall be in English and in Spanish.
