§ 2310-323 — Advisory Council on Youth HIV/AIDS Prevention Messages

(a)Subject to appropriation, there is created the Advisory Council on Youth HIV/AIDS Prevention Messages to advise the Department on effective prevention messages designed to educate and deter youth from engaging in risky behaviors that could result in the transmission of HIV/AIDS.
(b)The Advisory Council shall consist of all of the following members:
(1)One member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate and one member of the Senate appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate.
(2)One member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and one member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.
(3)Five members appointed by the Governor as follows:
