(was 20 ILCS 2310/55.05) Sec. 2310-25. Disbursements to agencies and organizations; payments for individuals. To approve the disbursement of State and federal funds to local health authorities and to other public or private agencies and organizations for the development of health programs or services, and to make payments to or on behalf of individuals suffering from diseases or disabilities from appropriations made available to the Department for those purposes.
