(was 20 ILCS 1905/47) Sec. 1905-35. Coal quality testing program. The Department's analytical laboratory is authorized to test the quality of coal delivered under State coal purchase contracts. The Department shall establish, by rule, the fee charged to defray the costs of this coal quality testing program.
