(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-2 ) Sec. 17.8. IEMA State Projects Fund. The IEMA State Projects Fund is created as a trust fund in the State treasury. The Fund shall consist of any moneys appropriated to the Agency for purposes of the Illinois' Not-For-Profit Security Grant Program, a grant program authorized by subsection (g-5) of Section 5 of this Act, to provide funding support for target hardening activities and other physical security enhancements for qualifying not-for-profit organizations that are at high risk of terrorist attack.
