All officers, including the Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, State Comptroller, State Superintendent of Education and Attorney General, and employees of the State shall comply with and aid in all proper ways in carrying out this law and the rules, regulations, and orders thereunder. All such officers and employees shall furnish any records or information which the Director or the Commission may request for any purpose of this law. The Director may institute and maintain any action or proceeding to secure compliance with this Act and the rules and orders thereunder.
