Text
All State agencies shall work with the Department of Central Management Services in achieving the goal set out in Section 10. The Department shall:
(1)ensure that all existing State energy efficiency measures are achieved;
(2)provide State agencies with the technical expertise necessary to implement policies adopted under this Act;
(3)implement an energy information system to measure progress toward the goal set out in Section 10; and (4) report to the Governor on a quarterly basis, beginning January 2008, regarding the progress on implementing the policies of this Act and achieving the goal set out in Section 10. For purposes of this Act, "Department" means the Department of Central Management Services.
