§ 14a — Statements obtained in violation of law
Any statements or admissions obtained during the course of any hearing or interrogation not conducted in accordance with this Act may not be utilized against the officer in any subsequent disciplinary proceeding. For the purposes of this Section, "hearing" or "interrogation" means a hearing or interrogation conducted pursuant to this Act.
