Text
Benefits recoverable under Workers' Compensation Act and Workers' Occupational Diseases Act. Whenever the Comptroller has been notified by the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois of a claim for recovery of excess benefits paid which are recoverable from benefits payable under the Workers' Compensation Act or the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act, the Comptroller shall review all vouchers presented for payment of Workers' Compensation or Occupational Disease benefits to the injured party, and shall reject and notify the submitting agency of any such voucher which is subject to the recovery claim of the State Employees' Retirement System.
